THE IDEA

The Gstaad Velo Classic in and around Gstaad is an enjoyable ride with fine food offered in uniquely beautiful scenery. With gorgeous views, gravel and potholes, but also local specialities, this vintage event is a “must” for every bike fan.

It’s all about being on the road like in the good old days: Over potholes – with a smile on your face – you can enjoy the vintage feeling together with like-minded people at the Gstaad Velo Classic.

In recent years, the popular “Bergkönig” has been held in Saanenland. This moved on to the Emmental in 2023. However, the vintage bike spirit has lived on since then with the Gstaad Velo Classic.

The goal is a leisurely, shared ride among like-minded people:

PRIZES

The Gstaad Velo Classic appreciates participants who enjoy a thoroughly authentic appearance. At the Gstaad Velo Classic, no times are measured, nor are there podium placings for the fastest lap, but there are prizes for the most beautiful and authentic appearance (bike/outfit).

COSTS

Participation fee:
– Earlybird until 30 June: CHF 50.–
– Summervogel July – August: CHF 60.-
– Last Minute September: CHF 70.-

If you would like to register at short notice, you can do so directly at the start. In this case, registration costs CHF 70 and must be paid either in cash or via Twint on site.
